We always recommend hand-washing your faja to protect the rods and latex.

• Avoid high temperatures and never use a dryer.

• Do not twist the garment; gently squeeze out excess water instead.

• If you must use a washing machine, make sure all hooks are closed and use cold water only.

• Avoid machine washing if your faja has rods — this can permanently damage its structure.
