What should I do if my custom faja doesn't fit properly?Updated 2 months ago
If your faja isn’t fitting as expected, please follow these steps so we can assist you effectively:
Share Photos of the Fit
Send us clear photos from the front, side, and back to help us evaluate the fit.Provide Current Body Measurements
Include your current measurements, focusing on areas like the waist, hips, or bust, where the fit seems off.Understand Fabric Elasticity
Remember, fajas are made with elastic materials that expand about 10-12 inches to provide the right level of compression. The design takes this into account, so the garment measurements will differ from your own.Adjust the Fit
Adjust the seams and straps to ensure a proper fit. For guidance, you can refer to our instructional videos here.Consider Using an Extender
For extra-high compression fajas, using an extender can add about three inches to the fit without compromising compression. You can watch a demonstration on how to use an extender here.Submit Your Information
Once you have your photos and measurements ready, please submit them through our contact page, and our team will review and propose a solution.
We’re here to help you get the perfect fit and ensure you’re comfortable with your custom faja. Thank you for allowing us to assist you!
