What stage faja should I use (Stage 1, 2, or 3)?Updated 2 months ago
These are our suggestions based on 12 years of experience in the market. However, always consider your surgeon’s advice and how your body feels.
- Stage 1:
Order your faja about 10 days before surgery so it’s ready for immediate post-op use (0–2 weeks). It provides gentle compression for recovery and can stretch up to 10 inches to adapt to swelling.
Note: the faja won’t match your exact body measurements due to this flexible design. - High Compression (Stage 2 – with rods):
Recommended from your 2nd or 3rd week post-op, once all incisions are fully healed.
If your incisions are not healed, avoid rods and choose our Serena fajas, made with a soft, silky fabric. Extra High Compression (Stage 3 – with rods and latex):
Usually suitable from your 2nd or 3rd month post-op.
Some clients wait until around the 6th month, as this level offers very strong compression.
If you’re not used to it, start by wearing it 4–5 hours a day until your body adapts, or try our Aphrodite fajas for a gentler alternative.
