When Am I suppose to wear which stage?Updated 2 months ago

These recommendations are based on over a decade of experience in the market. However, always take into consideration your surgeon’s advice and how your body feels.

For High Compression (Stage 2) fajas, which include rods, these should be worn starting between weeks 2-3 post-op. If your incisions are not fully closed, we do not recommend wearing fajas with rods.

For Extra High Compression (Stage 3) fajas, which come with a built-in waist trainer, rods, and latex, these should be worn starting from your 2nd or 3rd month post-op, once your incisions are fully closed and your skin is completely healed. Some clients may prefer to transition to Extra High Compression fajas around their 6th month, as the compression level is extremely high. Please consider this when ordering. Ensure that your body can tolerate this level of compression—if not, wear it for 4 to 5 hours at a time until your body adapts.
