The shipping address provided at checkout will be the address to which we ship the package.</p></li><li><p>If the shipping company loses the package or if the order is marked as delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer must contact the respective courier and request written evidence of the response provided.</p></li></ul><h4 id="signature-requirement"><strong>Signature Requirement</strong>:</h4><ul><li><p>If the customer would like the option for a signature upon delivery to ensure accurate receipt, an extra fee will apply.</p></li><li><p>If the customer chooses to waive the signature, DHL/UPS/FedEx, not Tributo, will be responsible for any issues that may arise, as insurance companies require a signature for any claims to be valid.</p></li></ul><h4 id="alteration-shipping"><strong>Alteration Shipping:</strong></h4><p>We process faja alterations in the order they are received.</p><ul><li><p><strong>Shipping fee</strong>: $13.75 USD &#x2013; includes signature confirmation for secure delivery.</p></li><li><p><strong>Return label</strong>: Must be arranged directly by the customer to ship the garment to our alterations team. Tributo does not provide this label.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Processing time:</strong> Alterations are completed <strong>within 3 to 4 business days</strong> from the day your faja is delivered to our team.Delivery time by the courier is not included in the processing estimate.</p><p><strong>Laundry Fee:</strong> A <strong>$10 USD laundry fee</strong> is charged upon receipt of the garment. If the faja arrives in perfect condition &#x2013; clean, with no odors, stains, or bodily fluids &#x2013; this fee will be <strong>fully refunded</strong>. If the garment does not meet these conditions, the fee will be retained to cover the cleaning process.</p><p><strong id="isPasted"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Alterations Service: At this time, our alterations services are available exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand this service to additional countries.</span></strong></p><h4 id="return-policy"><strong>Return Policy</strong>:</h4><ul><li><p>Returns must be made in a flyer or bag with a maximum size of 40 cm x 30 cm x 1 cm. If the customer uses an oversized box or packaging, an additional fee of $40 to $60 USD may apply.</p><p>If the original order included a free shipping benefit, the actual cost of that shipping, which was covered by DISE&#xD1;OS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC., will be deducted from the refund.</p><p>Refunds will also reflect deductions for production costs (30% of the garment&apos;s price) and any return shipping fees, which are the customer&apos;s responsibility.</p></li></ul><h4 id="insurance-and-claims"><strong>Insurance and Claims</strong>:</h4><ul><li><p>In case of package loss, the customer must contact the courier and our Customer Service team to support the claim process with the shipping company.</p></li><li><p>Once we receive a response from the courier/customer, we will proceed with the claim.</p></li></ul><h4 id="address-changes"><strong>Address Changes</strong>:</h4><ul><li><p>Address changes on an order are free until the customer receives the tracking email.</p></li><li><p>If the package has already been picked up by our courier and an address change is needed, there will be an additional fee of $8 USD.</p></li></ul><h4 id="customer-responsibility"><strong>Customer Responsibility</strong>:</h4><ul><li><p>It is the customer&#x2019;s responsibility to ensure that the address, contact information, and delivery preferences are correct to avoid any inconvenience.
