What is the turnaround time?
How much does it cost?
- You must ship the faja at your own expense to our address in Chicago, and you must provide your own shipping label.
- Shipping back: $13.5 🚚
- The alteration price depends on each specific case and will be confirmed after one of our Shapers reviews your request.
- Laundry Fee: $10. This fee will be reimbursed IF the faja arrives completely clean (no stains, odors, or bodily fluids) and does not require special laundering procedures.
How do I request an alteration?
Submit your request through our contact form: Talk with our Shapers
In the form, choose the subject line: "Alterations / Give your faja a second life"
Provide the following:
Order number, full name, or email used at purchase.
Photos or a video of the garment you want to alter.
A clear description of what you would like to change.
We’ll send you an invoice for the alteration and return shipping. Once paid, you’ll receive the shipping instructions and required documents.
Send your garment clean, especially the crotch area, and include the printed documents we provide.
Note: The only way to request alteration services is through our Support channel. Our team will determine the type of solution you need, and you may not proceed without prior review and approval from the Support Team.
Alterations Service: At this time, our alterations services are available exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand this service to additional countries.
Alterations Update: Please note that our alteration services will be on pause from February 6 through February 18. We will provide an update on February 18. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
