These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your acquisition and ownership of a Tributo Mystery Bag (“Mystery Bag”), whether received as a complimentary gift or purchased from our store. By accepting or purchasing a Mystery Bag, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully.
This document outlines the policies regarding the contents, sale, sizing, and warranty of all Mystery Bags. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and to manage the unique nature of this promotional product.

2.2. Final Sale Policy
All Mystery Bags—both gifted and purchased—are considered FINAL SALE. This means they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or alterations of any kind. By acquiring a Mystery Bag, you acknowledge and accept this condition without exception.
2.3. Sizing
For customers receiving a Mystery Bag, we will select sizes based on your order history or, if included with a new purchase, the sizes selected in that same order. While we strive to provide items that align with your typical size, an exact fit is not guaranteed. Due to the nature of the product, variations in style and material may affect the fit. No exchanges or returns will be permitted due to sizing issues.
2.4. No Customization
Customers cannot choose, customize, request, or swap any items included in a Mystery Bag. The selection is entirely at the discretion of our fulfillment team.
2.5. Damaged or Missing Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item or if an item is missing from your Mystery Bag, you must report it to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery. To file a report, you must provide your order number along with clear photographic evidence of the damaged item or the entire contents received. Failure to report within this timeframe or to provide adequate evidence will result in the denial of your claim. Claims are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
2.6. Warranty Exclusion
All items included in a Mystery Bag are excluded from the Tributo Care program and any other extended warranties, whether expressed or implied. These items are provided "as is" without any guarantees of performance or longevity.
3. Gifted Mystery Bags
3.1. Eligibility
Complimentary Mystery Bags are offered exclusively to select loyal customers at our discretion. Receiving a gifted Mystery Bag in the past does not guarantee eligibility for future gifts. These are one-time, non-transferable offers.
3.2. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to receive a gifted Mystery Bag when offered directly by our team. It is a token of our appreciation for your loyalty and is not contingent on any future purchases.
4. Purchased Mystery Bags
4.1. Availability
Purchased Mystery Bags are available for a limited time and while supplies last. Placing a Mystery Bag in your cart does not reserve it. The purchase is only complete after a successful payment and order confirmation.
4.2. Payment
All purchases are subject to our standard payment and processing procedures. The price of the Mystery Bag is as stated at the time of purchase and is non-negotiable.
5. Limitation of Liability
